Opening a Managed Account with Equity Forex LLC is a simple process:

Step 1 - Open an Account

Step 2 - Authorize Equity4x to Manage the Account 

• On page 1 fill in “Equity Forex LLC” as the designated Trading Agent
• Email all pages of the form to FXDD sales

Step 3 - Authorize FXDD to assess Performance Based Management Fees

• Fill in the second line bulleted as “c” to read “20%” of the Net Equity gain
• Fill in all other bulleted options as “0 (Zero)”
• On page 2 fill in “Equity Forex LLC” as the designated Trading Agent
• Email all pages of the form to FXDD sales 

Step 4 - Sign and Return our Forex Risk and Trading Performance Disclosures

Clients may open multiple accounts to diversify their risk capital across multiple risk-versus-reward tiers.

Clients who are are opening a managed account are encouraged to open a Standard Trading Account if the anticipated initial deposit will be greater than $5,000.

Clients who intend to deposit less than $5,000 into their managed account are encouraged to open a Micro Trading Account.
